Membership in our organization requires that you currently lead, supervise, direct, or coordinate a school counseling program or have performed such duties in the past.

To become a member, please complete the Annual Membership Application Form (below) and submit the $50.00 annual membership dues by November 1st. Payment may be made by Check, Purchase Order, or PayPal*.

When paying by Purchase Order, please ensure the member's full name is included on the purchase order so that payment can be properly credited.

For districts that require a W-9 Form , it is available here.
